We found it easy. It was clean and nice. Very nice internal small park.

Well-kept structure with common areas that allow those staying there to prepare meals independently. Great availability on the part of the management and ability to find solutions to the needs of the guests. Clean and welcoming. Strategic position for access to the polyclinic
Well thought out structure where several mini apartments and rooms are created on the ground floor and 1st floor as well as an attic.
Shared parts with breakfast area located in the basement.
Essential and widely used finishes and not excellent (standard attributable to Ikea or similar products) but complete.
Despite being a relatively recent structure, the common areas and the rooms suffer from some signs of intensive use (marks on the walls due to the transit of suitcases in the common areas).
Access system to the structure and rooms managed by app. Which allows access to the building and rooms via telephone with a link provided by the management via email and w.a. and in any case of good functionality even if not everyone is familiar with these tools.
Park available for guests free of charge and location area behind the hospital and close to the industrial area but from which it is easy to reach the city of Bergamo and its surroundings.
An exquisite welcome, Stefania and Mariano were very kind! The room is comfortable and we didn't miss anything. For those interested in the polyclinic, the location is perfect as you just need to cross the street. I will be back soon with great pleasure!
Well where to start. When I called for the reservation I first took a triple room and then the mini apartment. It should be noted that I had specified that there would be a disabled person with us. We arrive and they tell us that the room is in the attic (2 floors), and here is the first problem, given that the invalid had to practically climb 2 floors (without a lift). We arrive in the room, and after 12 hours of travel we should rest. But no. The maintenance worker arrives shortly after and occupies the room from 4pm to 8pm to carry out repairs, not even allowing us to rest a bit. (In serious facilities, these things are done when the room is free.)
The next day we take possession of the mini apartment, and here begins our terrible stay. I anticipate that due to an important physical problem, I have a nocturnal clinical pathology that required sleep monitoring and for this reason the surgeon told me that I would have to do 2 tests at night (RTYD sleep breathing problems).
On the second day, Mrs. Rosa insinuated that I was making it all up, and that since there were 3 of us and we hadn't requested any extra bed we were all sleeping in the same bed, this was to price the extra bed that was absolutely not needed at €15. We note that the famous breakfast basket included in the room (€100/night) was never given to us, even though we checked in the rumpus room every day. On the day of linen change, the cleaning lady rudely chases the other person and the invalid out of the room because she "had to clean" and didn't want anyone around.
Another negative thing, we called the reception for a fault with the TV, and while Mrs. Rosa was taking care of it, with an inquiring and searching look, she took a look at the room looking for who knows what.
Now, apart from the fact that it is not among the cheapest in Bergamo (100€/night and 15€ transfer for 2.5km), there are also the ways and behaviors of the hostess in question that made the stay here hell. Obviously I will tell the members of my association to desist as much as possible from booking in this place.
Well-kept hotel and excellent location a stone's throw from the "San Marco" polyclinic. The rooms are clean, not spacious but comfortable, in my case the position of the television was terrible. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful while the gentleman and lady were rude and indifferent. I recommend it for anyone who needs a hotel near the hospital.
Average prices for what it offers
Located on the side of the road opposite the polyclinic. We stayed in a delightful apartment with every type of comfort: air-conditioned double room with comfortable kitchenette equipped with fridge and crockery, very large bathroom, garden with sofa etc. and even a barbecue, impeccable cleanliness, internal parking with supplement. There is a shared tavern with kitchen and appliances for cooking, having breakfast and heating food. The home delivery service for lunch or dinner is also very convenient, with delicious ready-made dishes that can only be reheated. I advise!
